1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing from Lilly’s of The Valley, you agree to these terms. All customers must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Handcrafted Nature: Our coconut apricot wax candles are handcrafted. Minor variations (such as frosting or surface ripples) are natural characteristics of luxury wax and do not affect the quality or safety of the burn.

3. All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our products as personal care consumables, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference.

4. Safety & Liability: Customers agree to follow all safety instructions on the provided warning labels. Lilly’s of The Valley is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the improper use of our products, including leaving candles unattended or failing to trim wicks.

5. Shipping: Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier marks an item as "Delivered." We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
