1. Processing Time
At Lilly’s of The Valley, each candle and wax melt is handcrafted with care.

Standard Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Large/Custom Orders: For orders of 7 items or more, please allow 5–7 business days for production.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship via USPS.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Lilly’s of The Valley ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Lilly’s of The Valley is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Lilly’s of The Valley is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience:

If your order is damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take photos, and contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours so we can assist you with a claim or replacement.
